What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R800 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

In keeping with the philosophy of relaxed, comfortable and coastal living, our guests may take full advantage of all the amenities on the Estate.

These include the use of the Golf Course and Club House where our guests are entitled to temporary membership, the Elemental Health & Beauty Salon, Fitness Centre, tennis courts and swimming pool at the Estates Leisure Centre all of which are in walking distance of The Lodge and within the secure access controlled estate grounds.

Experience the Big 6 whilst staying with us: the hustle and bustle of the V&A Waterfront, the tranquil beauty of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, plenty of wine farms in every direction, a journey up the awe-inspiring Table Mountain, a boat trip to historical Robben Island and breath-taking views of Cape Point.

The Lodge has 20 well appointed rooms, most of which overlook the 1st Fairway of Atlantic Beach Links-type course where the springbok mingle with the golfers in the natural fynbos surroundings.

Each en-suite room is tastefully furnished and all rooms overlook the fynbos gardens.

Additional rules information

Please notify us if you are running late for check-in. All rooms are non-smoking. No pets are allowed. Guests of The Lodge qualify for temporary membership to Atlantic Beach Golf Club and all amenities including Leisure Centre with pool, tennis courts, fitness Centre and driving range; and Club House with bar, restaurant and 18 hole golf course. Currently, Lodge guests pay member guest green fees.
