Luxury House 10 Sleeper – Holiday Home

All the comforts whilst giving one the option to entertain in comfort & style suitable for both Summer & Winter. Set in the Southern suburbs in a beautiful leafy neighbourhood. Housekeeper incl. from Monday to Friday (general cleaning). Garden service once a week. A perfect place to completely unwind and recharge.

Our home’s living space is all open plan and opens onto the entertainment area. It is a great flow and leads to an easy lifestyle for either chilling with the family or entertaining. This home is suitable for a family with kids or up to 2 / 3 couples. Our home is baby-proofed.

The house has one double-sided enclosed fireplace and a second open fireplace situated in the entertainment room. The entertainment room consists of an indoor-outdoor entertainment space and fireplace leading onto the BBQ and pizza oven area. Loads of wood are available for full usage of the various fireplaces / BBQ and pizza oven.

The kitchen has a 5 plate gas stove with an electric oven leading onto the scullery and laundry room. There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer as well as a chest freezer and bar fridge. The laundry room consists of a washing machine and tumble dryer. Our housekeeper is able to do washing and ironing on your behalf whilst enjoying your stay in our home, at an additional charge paid directly to her. Linen and towels will be changed depending on the length of stay.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs (king size extra length bed in the master room leading into a dressing room and private bathroom), two other bedrooms with a double bed each and share a full bathroom which is situated directly opposite both these rooms), a nursery with a large cot, changing area and rocking chair, an open study/work station and pyjama lounge upstairs. With prior approval and arrangement, we are able to remove the cot from the nursery and put in two single beds which will then be able to accommodate 10 people comfortably.

The downstairs bedroom is an en suite bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans, except the nursery has no ceiling fan.

There is a fourth bathroom (double basin, separate toilet and large shower) leading off the TV/playroom downstairs as well as a work from a home office and guest toilet leading off the dining room and lounge area.

There is Fiber Wireless and Netflix TV available as well as an Xbox station (one needs to bring own games and consoles).

The cost includes our housekeeper Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) who will come in to clean the house and then be out of your way, as well as a garden service once a week. Additional hours and laundry can be arranged at an additional cost for ones’ own account and to be settled directly with the housekeeper.

The house has a full alarm system with 24hr on-call assistance. The house is situated on a one entrance road with an ADT hut situated at the entrance.

Large swimming pool (with a fence around the pool) and well-maintained garden which has a treehouse, soccer goal and trampoline. The garden also consists of two small water features/fish ponds.

On-site parking behind an electric gate for two vehicles. Garage not accessible to guests.
