What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R500 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

This property offers a very comfortable king bed in a sea view bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A kitchen and entertainment space upstairs leads to a BBQ deck with a seating area.

Just a few minutes walk to Kalk Bay, the Harbour (Fish and Chips!) restaurants and shops. Perfect for whale-watching in season, long walks on the nearby beaches, surfing at Muizenberg Surfers Corner and swimming at Wooley’s Tidal Pool across the road. This wonderful space is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or even writers looking for a quiet and relaxed space.

There are 50 steps to reach the property, so if you can’t do stairs, this isn’t for you. Otherwise, the view is very well worth it!

The apartment is located on the mountainside and is very private. Just keep in mind the kitchen is just a few steps up from the entrance to the bedroom and bathroom so you will have to pop outside to get your morning coffee.
