• If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

No smoking in Houses, No parking on the grass PET POLICY: Well behaved dogs welcome. Pets sleep inside - bring own pet beds, bedding, food and bowls. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be free of ticks and fleas on arrival. Your dogs may roam free and swim in the dam, but consideration must be given to resident dogs, birds and wildlife.
