What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R1200 your property will be listed for 2 years. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

This private self catering apartment is nestled high on the Schapenberg mountain in Rome Glen, an upmarket suburb of Somerset West. The apartment walks out onto a large covered patio with spectacular views. Contact us for Specials. Sleeps 4.

Situated on the gentle slopes of the Schapenberg mountains, in the tranquil & picturesque suburb of Rome Glen, this private Self Catering apartment is situated on the ground floor of a private residence .

The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, both en-suite. Both lead into the open plan lounge & kitchen area, and one has access onto the large enclosed patio. One of the bathrooms features a bath, basin, shower & toilet while the other has a shower, toilet & basin.

The large enclosed patio is furnished for dining & relaxation and has stacking doors that open up completely. This allows you to enjoy the beautiful views.

The lounge has a television with Full DSTV bouquet and the kitchenette is fully fitted for your convenience. Make use of the automated, double garage reserved just for our guests, that has direct access into the living area. We have a separate laundry fitted with the all the necessary appliances, for the exclusive use of our guests. We also offer laundry services at a reasonable rate if needed.

Inverter, solar panels and batteries mean that load shedding is hardly noticeable. The unit is serviced once a week, when all the linen and towels are exchanged.

This service should be booked in advance. A spacious, covered barbeque & pub area is situated alongside the pool. Again, these facilities are for the exclusive use of our guests.
