What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R600 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

….is a charming and comfortable self-catering cottage located on the host’s property, in a quiet and peaceful area of Hout Bay, in Cape Town.

The air-conditioned cottage comfortably accommodates 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, and a living area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower-over-bath, a basin, and a toilet. The kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, a stove, and other appliances.

The adjacent comfortable lounge area boasts a TV with full DStv channels. The cottage has lovely views of Chapman’s Peak and the bay.

Guests have access to the swimming pool and braai facilities on the property. Off-street parking is provided.
