Sea Otters Lodge is situated on the beachfront in Kini Bay, Port Elizabeth, Nelson Mandela Bay, Eastern Cape and offers award winning sea- and beachfront accommodation with sea facing rooms, direct access onto the beach as well as onsite parking behind access controlled gate.
Sea Otters Lodge is not a self-catering establishment, there are a dining / lounge area and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, fridge/freezer and a prep bowl available on each floor level as well as onsite braai facilities for exclusive use of guests staying at Sea Otters Lodge. Crockery and cutlery available on request.
Meals are available on request as an optional extra to guests during their stay, subject to availability, seating/serving times and must be ordered at least 2 days in advance prior to day of arrival before 2 pm – SQ.
All rooms are equipped with C-19 Room Guard, DStv Hotel Package, tea/coffee tray, fan, free limited WiFi, etc.
A room sleeps up to a maximum of 2 adults. An additional single sleeper couch may be added to rooms situated on the ground floor level for a child U/13 at an additional cost per night. Maximum one sleeper couch allowed in a room situated on ground floor level rooms only for maximum one child U/13.
The lodge also offers a function / wedding / party venue up to a maximum of 40 persons / conference facilities up to a maximum of 28 persons per event with various delectable buffet packages/menus to choose from.
Sea Otters Lodge is ideal for guests to explore the surrounding area while hiking or horse riding. Walk from the lodge onto the beach and experience peace and tranquility.
Sea Otters Lodge is fully licensed and also offers bar refreshments to overnight guests by prior arrangement and confirmation.
There are various restaurants nearby and a Spar and Pub 3 km away.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION * On check in and/or booking - By law Sea Otters Lodge collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name and surname, Copy of ID and/or Passport, home or work address and telephone numbers, etc. * Your privacy is very important to Sea Otters Lodge. * Sea Otters Lodge will only disclose Personal information if required to do so by law, or to comply to an applicable law or with legal process served on Sea Otters Lodge. * Sea Otters Lodge does not sell, rent or lease its customer list to third parties, use it for marketing and/or send unsolicited emails. CREDIT CARD POLICY * We do not accept or do any third-party payments – Do not request us to on pay other service providers on your behalf as your request will be rejected * The credit card used to make the booking and valid proof of identification must be presented on check-in for us to check and confirm the details * Should the credit card being used, and proof of identification not be present on check in, the guest will be liable for full payment of the original booking made at the premises and only then shall we refund the credit card (within 14 days) that was initially used to make the booking DEPOSIT PAYMENT * Secures the booking * Payment by Credit Card only BALANCE PAYMENT * Balance payment (if any) payable at least 31 days prior to initial day of arrival to confirm the booking made, payment by EFT only. * Balance payment by EFT and Proof of Payment to be emailed to Sea Otters Lodge - Bank details supplied on Invoice CANCELLATION POLICY * To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract Cancellation 61 days or longer before date of initial arrival – guest will be liable to a 50% cancellation fee on the deposit value of the original booking made * Cancellation 32 - 60 days before date of initial arrival – guest will be liable for 50% payment of the total of the original booking made * Cancellation 0 - 31 days before date of initial arrival – guest will be liable for full payment (100%) of the total of the original booking made – NO REFUND WILL BE MADE * Cancellation must be in writing and send via email, no telephone and/or SMS cancellations will be accepted WE TRUST THAT YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR STAY AT OUR AWARD WINNING ESTABLISHMENT
