• If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: * ID/Passport is required at check-in. * Credit card used for a deposit paid online MUST be present at check-in. Time of Departure: Before 10:00 Time of Arrival: After 14:00 - 21:00 NO KEYS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 20H30 except in case of emergency or special arrangements. No booking is confirmed, and keys won't be handed over to Guests if the following are not received: • EFT Proof of Payment (minimum 4 days before check-in date) • Funds must reflect in our banking account • ATM Deposit slips for the amount as indicated on the invoice. • Company order authorization/travel agent voucher. Deposit to be paid on or before the date indicated for payment, if a deposit is not paid on the date indicated, the reservation form could be cancelled and forward to another client, with no prior notice. Total Account to be paid in full as indicated on the reservation form before arrival, except if arrangements been made to pay in cash on arrival. We do everything possible to secure our guest's safety but are not liable for any goods that get damaged or stolen. Clients are responsible for their own belongings. Any damaged or missing goods in rooms/flats must be reported on arrival. If not, we will assume the room was in good order and you will be held liable for damage or loss. No busses, lorries or trucks allowed on the premises, but you must park outside. No refund will be given if the flat is vacated before the time of departure. Only the maximum number of guests are allowed in the apartment as per the booking schedule. Any access usage of water and electricity might be requested that you purchase your water and electricity usage. Pre-paid meters are available in Apartments. NOTE: 1. ALL TIME QUIET TIME – Respect for each other. 2. NO Smoking and NO Hubbly Bubbly Pipes allowed in apartments. 3. Please report out-of-order equipment immediately. 4. Use only the parking area allocated to your apartment. 5. Please use water and electricity wisely. 6. No alcohol, smoking, or bottles are allowed in the pool area. 7. Clients are responsible for their belongings. 8. NO Party Place and NO Loud noises allowed. 9. Evacuation without refunds will follow if such complaints are received. 10. SERENGETI Speed limit is 20km/h MORE ABOUT THE FLATS: Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, and fridge. (Excluding coffee machine and plunger). Linen and towels were provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH & SWIMMING TOWELS!! 5 Hangers per room. Iron and ironing boards in Apartments available. The flat is serviced and cleaned twice a week. No cleaning on weekends and public holidays A secure reserved vehicle parking bay for each flat. There is a coin-operated laundry on the premises. Swimming pool and braai facilities on premises. Five minutes’ walk away from Tyger Valley Shopping Centre with various restaurants and well-known takeaway facilities. The wine routes are 15 minutes’ drive from us. The airport is 20 minutes’ drive from us. Assorted DSTV channels, M-Net, Movies, KykNET and All super sport channels. Pre-arrange with Serengeti Management to authorize visitors or additional guests.
