Claremont,7708 Southey Cottage is located in the tranquil residential area of Upper Claremont, Cape Town We offer four double rooms, each having
its own entrance, kitchenette, ADSL Wireless and shared DSTV. A lovely sheltered garden has a saltwater swimming pool and superb mountain view. 'Light breakfast optional, provided in room. There are many restaurants close by. Small kitchenettes enable guests to use the self catering facilities or use delivery service for
light meals.
Secure parking behind automatic gates is available to our guests.
Southey Cottage has many repeat visitors and has been offering bed and breakfast accommodation since 1995. We have also achieved the AA/SAA National B&B award. Children over twelve are welcome.

This lovely suite, our regular guests refer to it as the “Honeymoon Suite”, with its balcony overlooking the pool has a view of the mountains above Kirstenbosch and a cosy kitchenette.
Southey Cottage is located within close proximity to Cavendish Square Shopping Centre , Kirstenbosch Gardens, Newlands cricket and rugby stadiums and U.C.T. Public transport is available.
A 15 minute drive on the scenic M3 freeway takes you to the city centre , Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront and Muizenberg beaches.
