Sugar Hotel has 6 luxury rooms, all en-suite, with double, extra width king and twin beds. The hotel has a distinction in being one of very few luxury boutique hotels that accommodate children of all ages. All rooms are carpeted and equipped with air-conditioners, LCD flat panel TVs, a iPod docking station, satellite DSTV television, an in room fridge, a room safe, tea and coffee station, built-in international plugs, double glazed window systems to reduce outside city noise to a more than acceptable level, hair driers, bath robes, room telephones and WiFi internet access. Not to be outdone the bathrooms have under-floor heating, double vanities with stylish basins, separate walk-in showers and large bath.
General amenities at the hotel include a well-stocked and uniquely styled bar, a restaurant that, besides breakfast, serves amazing dinners, wireless internet access throughout the hotel at no cost to guests, and secure parking area or street parking.
In addition Sugar has a two roomed treatment wellness centre which is situated on the ground floor of the hotel. It has two well appointed treatment rooms, which are designed in a contemporary fashion to be pleasing on the eye and uncluttered. Soft lighting, air-conditioning and relaxing music all enhance the experience. The wellness centre is open Monday to Sunday from 09h00 to 19h00 by appointment only, but after hours treatments can be arranged by special request.
Airport, other transfers, car hire and tours can be arranged at an additional cost by our friendly hotel reception staff, in air-conditioned vehicles.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 20% of the deposit.

1) All bookings must be made in writing and only written confirmations will be honoured. 2) A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation. 3) Deposits are only refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to date of arrival. 4) No guest will be allowed to check into the hotel unless the accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis and all other pre-booked meals and services are paid for in full. 5) Cardholder & ID/Passport is required at check-in. 6) Credit card used for online payment to be present at check-in
