What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R800 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

Apartments are 2nd row back from the sea – in a complex with 24 hour security. All have fully equipped open-plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, WiFi internet, and bed linen provided. One apartment has dishwasher and Netflix – the other has washing machine and DSTV (Compact package).
Organising a weekend at The Potting Shed involves little more than getting your weary body there, parking the car, and start living the good life.

All in all, from R1750 a night for up to four people (minimum two night stay) The Potting Shed makes for good value along an otherwise costly coastline.

SELF CATERING ONLY: Strictly maximum of 4 people regardless of infant, child or adult. Please note that Balance is due on arrival. We do not refund if you leave prior to your departure date due to weather or any personal circumstances. I understand that on check-in, my ID/passport must be shown & credit card details provided as security for any damages, breakages or lost key. Alternatively a R1000 deposit is required. This will be refunded after inspection of the apartment, within 24 hours after departure. Please note that for December/January reservations in sea facing, self catering apartments, balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Please check your insurance covers you for cancellations if necessary. ALL CHECK-INS ARE AT GUEST HOUSE IN 28 ALBERTYN STREET. Check in is between 2.00pm & 6.00pm.
