What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R500 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Additional rules information

*Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in. *Credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in. A 50% deposit is due on confirmation of booking for reservations in December – February period if the booking is made 30+ days before arrival. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Off-peak bookings require a 50% deposit 14 days prior to arrival; with the balance due 7 days prior. An exit cleaning fee of R450 is due on arrival. PLEASE NOTE: the credit card used for the reservation charge must be presented for verification on arrival. Failure to present the valid credit card may result in the cancellation of the booking. Parking is available in the building's secure parking garage at R75/day. Check in: 14h00 Check out : 10h00 Please let us know about an early arrival or late departure as this is dependent on availability. Late night arrivals must be arranged beforehand. (office hours 08h00 to 18h00). Minimum stay 2 days (peak); 1 days (off-peak).
