What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R1000 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

This property is ideal for couples wanting to experience the luxury of a 5 star hotel but at a reasonable price.

There are self catering facilities where you are able to prepare meals, or you could opt for the luxury of room service or take your pick from the hotel restaurants or the many restaurants & coffee shops in the vicinity.

The apartment has a kitchenette that allows for one to prepare cooked breakfasts with coffee and toast, or a dinner of Carbonara & Salad using the 2 plate induction cooker and / or the microwave. One can prepare most meals in this kitchen as cooking utensils are also provided, as long as you don’t intend to roast a leg of lamb!

As a guest you can access room service, a heated pool, gym & a hot tub.

If paying by card guest must send a copy of front of card before arrival, as well as copy of ID or Passport. The reference on your credit card statement will be "Paybridge Accommodation" No smoking in room, only in designated areas in the building (if any) Cleaning, breakfast, room service or any meals are additional & for the guests account (to be paid directly to the hotel) Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in. The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
