This area opens onto the private high walled courtyard with wooden decking, built in braai/BBQ, sink and plunge pool.

Stairs lead you up to the split ground floor level which has another entrance from Waterkant Street. From the study and TV lounge a couple of further steps connect through to bedroom 2 with wallpapered headboard wall and black metal work, taps & white detailed en-suite shower bathroom. Sliding louvre shutters and doors open onto a wooden balcony where you can relax and enjoy city and Table Mountain views.
