The spacious ground floor living room with stylish grey leather sofas extends through to the fully fitted kitchen and dining area which is divided by a small guest washroom. In warmer weather, you can open the French windows out onto the private courtyard making a great entertaining area.

A wooden painted staircase takes you upstairs; the air-conditioned master bedroom can be made up as a twin or king and has its own small balcony with views of the Village and compact en-suite bathroom with shower. The second air-conditioned bedroom has a luxury en-suite bathroom with a shower facing Signal Hill. The dividing corridor leads to a spiral staircase where you reach the roof deck with seating and sun loungers to enjoy the great views of the City, Harbour and Signal Hill.

75 Loader is our “green property” and not just because the exterior paint is green! So what makes this property special?

•Low flow showerheads; saving approx. 60 litres of water per average shower.

•Like our other properties; if you are prepared to use towels again then please hang them up. If you want fresh then leave on the floor. This helps to reduce the number of chemicals we use to clean.
