What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R500 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

A great house for families or friends this traditional large property in appearance from the outside is modern and stylish from within and boasts one of the highest roof terraces with the best facilities in the area.

The air-conditioned bedrooms are all located on the ground floor. The Master bedroom with frosted glass walled en-suite toilet, open plan bathroom with twin sinks and free standing black bath & shower has a large dressing area. Like the second king/twin bedroom both open out onto a garden with pond, seating and great views of the Harbour and city. The third compact double bedroom shares a shower bathroom with the second bedroom. Stairs from the front door lead you directly to the first floor which is the entertaining heart of the property. Modern in design, this massive air-conditioned open plan dining, living and kitchen area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors along one whole side that look down on the garden and across to the harbour.

Exterior steps lead you to the roof deck with spectacular 360 degree views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the whole city. With it’s plunge pool, hot tub, sun deck, seating and bar counter with sink and built in Braai/BBQ this space is ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

As an extra service, and separate to the accommodation rate, this cottage does have free WiFi when available.
