As you enter the property, via a central corridor, you pass the air-conditioned queen bedroom on one side and single bedroom plus shared shower bathroom on the other. The entertaining heart of the property is open plan with six seater dining area, comfortable living space, fireplace and fully fitted kitchen that all overlook the private enclosed fountain court-yard. A staircase takes you to the master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has sliding glass windows that opens out onto its own private terrace with hot tub and views of the city and Table Mountain.

Spiral stairs are accessed from the large first floor dressing room area and take you up to this great roof deck with sun loungers that have 360-degree views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the city.

This property can also be internally connected to its neighbour, 40 Napier Street, so is ideal for large groups as it can then cater for nine persons. As an extra service, and separate to the accommodation rate, this cottage does have free WiFi when available.
