What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R500 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

WELCOME TO GORDONS BAY

No 2 Anchor Bay is a well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor apartment which is elegantly furnished and is 100m from the beach with partial sea views from the balcony.
The apartment is situated in a new building that has a lift, swimming pool, fully equipped gym and braai/BBQ facilities with secure undercover parking.

The apartment is exceptionally situated. The shops, bars, restaurants and cafes are all within walking distance.

The apartment Sleeps Maximum 4 Adults and 2 small children on Sleeper couch in Lounge.
Children of all ages are welcome.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

Two bedrooms: Main bedroom has a double bed with bathroom en-suite and its own Flat top TV installed.
Second bedroom has a double bed and another full bathroom available. Open plan kitchen with ample granite tops and modern fittings.

Tiled lounge and wooden floors in bedrooms. Lounge and main bedroom has sliding doors leading out onto a wooden balcony with partial sea view.

Kitchen with Granite tops and fully equipped with stove, oven Kettle, Micro wave, Washing Machine and Tumble dryer.

2 Television sets installed with DSTV included. Quality cotton bed linen and towels. Secure underground parking for one car. Partially equipped gym and braai/BBQ facilities at the pool area.
