What does it cost to advertise on Cape Stay?

For R800 your property will be listed for a full year. That includes the setting up which Cape Stay will complete for you.

Does Cape Stay take commission or procure bookings?

We do not take any commission of our standard listings, nor do we get involved in the booking process between clients and hosts. All our enquiries go directly to the host. See our Nightsbridge FAQ for more information on Nightsbridge connected properties.

How does it work if I use Nightsbridge to manage my bookings?

If you are a Nightsbridge user, you can advertise your property for free. We will however include your NBBID on your listing which will enable us to process online bookings using the Nightsbridge booking engine. All bookings will then incur a 15% booking commission.

This 4-bedroom, self-catering home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The main living area consists of a full kitchen for easy self-catering, an 8-seater dining area and a furnished lounge leading to the covered patio with outside seating and a built-in braai area – perfect for entertaining or relaxing with good company by the pool.

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have ceiling fans to combat the summer heat. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth rooms both access the shared bathroom.

Gordon’s Bay is one of the most picturesque seaside towns in the Western Cape. The magnificent mountain range frames the bustling coastal town only a 45-minute drive from Cape Town.

The seaside town is definitely worth a visit and offers a variety of activities that can be enjoyed by the whole family, from popular restaurants, shopping malls, walks and trails, to a variety of sporting events. Let’s not forget about the beaches!

An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. * Rates are quoted per day. * Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal. * A Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking. * Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid-stay clean with fresh linen; this will be an additional charge. * Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check-in date, 20% of the deposit will be charged. * Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check-in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
