A walking trail under a canopy of Milkwood trees, (unique to this part of the Western Cape) leads to a variety of quality restaurants, bars and a unique bookshop. A leisurely walk of 3 to 5 minutes takes you to the yacht harbour, from where daily excursions of deep-sea fishing, whale and shark watching/diving and sunset cruises depart.

The exquisitely furnished villa offers 3 en-suite bedrooms with either sea or mountain views. The eight-seater Art Nuvo dining room table is a masterpiece. The 120m2 patio creates the illusion of cantilevering over the sea. The patio, lounge, dining room, the gourmet kitchen and the separate scullery/laundry have uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Enjoy a cocktail on the patio whilst watching the last rays of the setting sun behind Table Mountain.

A gate leads to the front door via a well kept lawn and barbeque, shaded by a Jacaranda tree. The apartment sleeps 4 people, preferably 2 adults and 2 teens. The main bedroom, with its en-suite shower, has sea views, as have the open-plan lounge/kitchen, which opens onto the balcony, with its uninterrupted sea and mountain views.
Parking is in front of the unit.

With a lovely sandy beach 15 meters from the front door, the air-conditioned apartment is the ideal retreat for 2 to 3 people escaping the hustle and bustle of city life. The unobstructed sea and mountain views are breathtaking.
