This brand-new apartment, along with its adjourning sister apartment, have been stylishly designed and boast one of the best locations in the area looking across De Waterkant Village and Signal Hill towards the city with clear complete Table Mountain views as well as harbour views in the other direction.
With secure private under-ground parking for one vehicle, which is accessed via Cape Quarter Shopping centre and under Napier Street, the private fifth floor can only be accessed by lift to these two apartments along with their own staircases. Located next to the Sacred Heart Church and close to shops, restaurants and cafes, this is an ideal place to enjoy the local area yet still central to the city centre.
The large open plan air-conditioned living space has sliding floor to ceiling glass windows on three sides with wrap around terrace on two sides taking in the amazing city views. Sliding windows also adjourn the fully fitted kitchen and dining area looking across the church and towards the harbour.
